Which buildings are most likely to have lead paint?
Housing and buildings built before 1978, when lead-based paint was banned for residential use, are the most likely to contain it. Older industrial and commercial structures may also have lead coatings.
Is Alliance certified for lead work?
Yes. Alliance is an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm and holds CDPH Lead Inspector/Assessor and lead supervisor certifications.
Do you always remove lead paint?
Not always. Depending on condition and use, lead paint can be removed completely or encapsulated using EPA-approved methods. The inspection and risk assessment guide that decision.
What do I get at the end?
Clearance testing and compliance documentation for your records.
